Schnauzers of Stonebrooke extends the following warranties. Guaranteed only to:

We guarantee all papers on registered puppies. We guarantee all puppies to have had all treatments and vaccinations. We make no guarantee of your puppy’s mature size or weight or that it will be of show or breeding quality.
We warrant against life threatening congenital defects for the first year after purchase. We warrant against all contagious diseases for the first seven days after purchase. We require that puppy be seen by Buyer’s vet within 3 days of adoption to validate this guarantee.In the case of a congenital defect, Schnauzers of Stonebrooke will replace puppy with next available puppy of equal value or refund half of the purchase price. Diagnosis must be confirmed by Stonebrookes personal vet or vet of choice and Stonebrooke may require that an autopsy be performed to validate diagnosis. You must request a written statement from your veterinarian on his/her office stationary and signed by him/her stating health problem/s which includes all symptoms supporting his/her diagnosis to validate this guarantee. You must notify us on the day your vet makes the initial examination. The puppy must be returned within 24 hours of the examination with all registration papers. If you choose euthanasia without our prior consent you will forfeit all guarantees within this contract. You agree to fill out all necessary forms that return ownership of your puppy to Schnauzers of Stonebrooke. We do not guarantee against hypoglycemia, over/under bites, un-descended testicles, hernias, or parasites.
You are also responsible to safe guard your puppy’s health and obtain medical treatments when necessary. We are extremely diligent in our care and protection of them from birth until transfer of ownership to you, the new owner. We have done everything possible to ensure that they are healthy and well adjusted. A preventative such as Sentinel or Heartgard is required within one month of purchase and then should be used monthly. . By signing this contract you agree not to breed this puppy unless otherwise agreed upon by Stonebrooke.
Our responsibility for veterinarian fees, treatment costs, transportation costs, stress, or other expenses shall not exceed 50% of the purchase price of your puppy. All sales are final and irreversible except for those guarantees contained herein.

Part of the Purchase Price will be paid immediately with this Agreement as a
Puppy Reservation Fee to guarantee that Seller will hold the Puppy for the
Buyer until the below specified Adoption Date.
The Puppy Reservation Fee is $200 and the balance will be due in cash or credit
card (3% service charge added) at adoption when the puppy is picked up by you
or your representative. There are NO REFUNDS on Puppy Reservation Fees,
unless otherwise agreed here in writing. This Non-refundable Puppy Reservation
Fee signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the
Adoption of this Puppy.
The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and return the Puppy
Reservation Fee if she learns of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for
the puppy. In the rare occurrence of injury or decease while in Sellers care,
the Puppy Reservation Fee will be returned to the Buyer in full, unless the
Buyer wishes to apply the Reservation Fee to another puppy.
By signing this agreement, Buyer agrees under no circumstances to surrender dog/puppy to any sort of animal shelter, rescue facility, or institution. In the case that the Buyer can no longer properly care for puppy, Schnauzers of Stonebrooke must be contacted to help place in proper home.

This puppy will be available for the Buyer to pick on___________________(Adoption
days listed on website). This date is based on our estimate of when the puppy
will be weaned and ready to leave. If the Buyer is not able to pick up the
puppy during the stated Adoption Days, a fee of $15 a day will be applied. If
the Buyer does not contact Seller before or during Adoption Days to schedule
pickup, puppy will go back up for sale and all monies given will be forfeited. Seller
will make every effort to contact Buyer during that time. In the event the
puppy is not ready to leave at that point, Seller reserves the right to change
the Adoption Days date. Seller reserves ALL RIGHTS in making this
determination.
All parties agree that this document is legal and binding and
may be used in a court of law if deemed necessary.
